How to download qualification diplomas for my students

Qualification diplomas allow us to distinguish students for a single exercise or exam or for the complete couse work. We offer two different qualification diplomas: by task or by group, let's see how can we obtain them.

Qualification diploma by task

Once a student has completed a task and the submission has been graded you can download the qualification diploma from the student's submission page. To download it we need to open the page menu (by clicking on the 3-points icon on the side of the title) and select the Download qualification diploma option, you can see an example in the following image.

Once we select this option a PDF file will be downloaded. This file certifies that the student has completed the task and specifies the grade.

Qualification diploma for course

This qualification diplomas are a feature only available to closed groups and allows us, once the course is over (or whenever we want to obtain this diploma), to download a qualification diploma that certifies that the student has completed the group tasks and specifies tha average grade obtained during the course. To download this diploma we need to go to the Students tab inside the closed group and select the Download qualification diploma on the desired student's row menu. We can see an example in the next image.

To obtain the average grade specified in the downloaded PDF file we use the maximum grade configured in the teacher's Account configuration page. We can always change this maximum grade if we want the diploma to have a different maximum grade.
