You can set the layout to landscape by reducing the height of a worksheet's page that has been created from scratch. You can check the help section to know how it works.
Also if you create a new worksheet's page with an image that has a landscape format the page size will be automatically resized to the image ratio.
About the logo, no this possibility is not available.
