Yes it's possible to include a wordsearch in a worksheet with other activities.
If you are not using a background image for your worksheet you can create a Wordsearch field and click on the button "Generate wordsearch manually" and there you can define the words you want to appear on the wordsearch and generate it.
If you are using a background image you must create a Wordsearch field on the part of the image that has the wordsearch and the system will try to detect the number of rows and columns and then you can mark the cells that contain the words.
In both cases you can add other fields in the page without any problems.
