Formatting a text box

SOLVED

I have deleted my previous message to eliminate the link I posted, as I'm not sure about your policy regarding private worksheets, but then your reply has also disappeared. As I think it may help others, I'm going to leave it here.

My message:

Hi, I am adding a blank page with grammar explanations to an existing worksheet which I have copied to my account, but I can't use the formatting bar to change the font color, type and size - it just does not do anything; in the end, I have managed to do it by changing the default settings for that worksheet.

Hi Juan José.

This new text box in the editors is a new feature that allows you to format different parts or sections of a text with different font types, sizes or colors. To change the font type, size or color you must select the text you want to change and the changes will appear both in the sidebar and the field.

We hope this is useful for you.

Kind regards.

Thank you for your (immediate!) reply, I was trying to change the whole text, but I was not aware that I had to select it first.

Maybe it would be helpful to add to your instructions something like "To change text appearance, you must first select the text that you want to format".

We will review the instructions and also try to make it work when no text is selected.
