Cannot Add students manually for the closed groups

Hi, dear TopWroksheet's team. Recently I was trying to Input my students' data to create their accounts and add them to my closed group. Once accounts are created, but It was impossible to generate them. Could you possibly check if there's any inconvenience with my account.
We didn't fully understand the problem. We have been able to add students manually in our groups. Can you tell us the error you are getting? It'd be great if you send us a screenshot of the problem or describe further the problem.
