Blank downloaded students' worksheet

SOLVED

Why there's always a blank worksheet when i downloaded the students' worksheet after i marked them? well not all but it's like 90% of the time. It is so frustrating having to check every single PDF after downloaded them, just to make sure it's not blank. Sometimes i have to download it again and again up to five to six times just to get the none blank downloaded worksheet.

We are very sorry to hear that. We've tried to download a couple of your student submissions and the PDF looked correct. Can you tell us the browser or device your are using, or if the worksheet giving you problems is a specific one and we'll investigate and try to solve the problem.

I usually work with my laptop and using Mozilla Firefox as my web browser.
