An error occurs when I try to download submissions

I'm trying to download some of my students' submissions, but a message pops up saying that there is an error and I cannot do it.

What can I do?

Hi María Laura,

We have seen that a submission from the worksheet "Amazing animals" gave you errors when downloading. That should be a temporary issue and you should be able to download the submission without any problems.

Please confirm if you have been able to download it.
