Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, I should be able to:
1. Construct one functional organizational chart;
2. Analyze a simple organizational chart using specific words/phrases.
You are asked to design a functional organizational chart for Lee's Private Ltd.
The Marketing Department has a manager and three other staff members.
The HR department has a manager and five other staff members.
The production dept. has a manager, assistant manger and five other staff members.
The finance dept has a manager, assistant manager and 3 other staff members.
a) Use an appropriate application software (Microsoft Word) to design the chart for Lee's Private Ltd.
b) Analyze the structure of Lee's Private Ltd based on the organizational chart you have designed.

Define the phrase, chain of command
