Our bones and muscles help us move. Before we play a sport or do exercise. It's important that we warm up our muscles so we don't hurt them. When we exercise, we get hot and we sweat. Our body loses water when we sweat. Remember to drink water when you exercise. You put on sun cream when you go to the beach. But do you use it when you play sport? Protect your skin from the sun when you're outside. It's important to put on sun cream when it isn't a very hot day too.
