My Daily Routine
Hi! My name is Peter, and I'm 8 years old. I want to tell you about my daily routine. I wake up at 7 o'clock in the morning. After brushing my teeth and washing my face, I have a healthy breakfast with my family. We usually have cereal, toast, and fruit.
Then, it's time for school. I catch the school bus at 8 o'clock. School starts at 8:30, and I have different classes like math, English, science, and art. I enjoy playing with my friends during recess.
After school, I have some extracurricular activities. On Mondays, I have soccer practice. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I go to karate class. Wednesdays are for piano lessons, and on Fridays, I have a swimming lesson. I love being active and trying new things!
When I get home, I do my homework. My parents always help me if I'm stuck on something. Once I finish my homework, I have some free time to play with my toys or read a book. Sometimes, I also like to help my mom with small chores around the house, like setting the table for dinner or feeding our pet dog.
In the evening, my family and I have dinner together. We talk about our day and share funny stories. After dinner, I take a bath and get ready for bed. My parents read me a bedtime story, and then it's time to sleep. I usually go to bed around 9 o'clock.
That's a typical day in my life. I enjoy having a routine because it helps me stay organized and make the most of my day.
