What is your vision?

This may take a bit of thinking to discover, so dig deep! Find out what's TRULY motivating you to reach your dream weight, at a deep, foundational level - What makes it all TRULY worth it.

Then, let's turn that vision into a SMART goal...
Specific (simple, sensible, significant)

The goal should be very precise with no room for misinterpretation.
For example: Fitting into your wedding dress for your anniversary, Losing belly fat, Fitting back into your favourite jeans, Reaching your dream weight of XYZ kilos...

Measurable (meaningful, motivating)

The goal should be quantifiable, and progress should be easy to track.
For example: By energy level, Happiness, Scale...

Achievable (agreed, attainable)

The goal should be attainable — not outlandish or unrealistic.
For example: I know I can do it because I'm absolutely determined, I know I can do it because I'm committed to losing weight...

Relevant (reasonable, realistic and resourced, results-based)

The goal should contribute to your broader, overarching vision.
For example: I want my husband's face to light up once he sees me in my wedding dress, I want to have more energy to play with my kids,

Time-bound (time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive)

The goal should have a defined start and end date.
For example: I'll start today, and finish in 3 months / 6 months / 1 year / 2 years...

Now, translate the 5 separate parts into one SMART goal

Mine is: I want to reach my dream weight of 59 kilos (Specific + Measurable) within 2 years (Time-bound) to find a better way to lose weight which works for myself and others (Relevant). I know I can do it because I'm truly committed to it (Achievable).
