Worksheet as PDF option

SOLVED

Hi, here I am again. Is there a way to disable "Download worksheets as a PDF" option for students?

Thank you so much for all your help.

Good question. If they can download it, they can share it with their classmates easily. Just as easily as by means of a screen capture, which can't be prevented, as far as I know.

In the end, I think it is up to the students to decide whether they want to work and learn, or just cheat and get good homework marks.

Hi Laura,

Obtaining the results, even if we disable the button is very easy, as Juan José says. There are many options for this.

We don't have plans right now to add this feature, but please if this has any other reason than prevent students from sharing results with each other, please let us know and we will consider adding it.

Kind regards.

Hi Christian,

I know there are many options available, but based on our previous experiences, we have learned the importance of avoiding overwhelming students and their parents with unnecessary options; our goal is to keep things simple. Besides, our students are very young and we don't want them to have a physical copy of the worksheets. Adding a function that disables the download of worksheets as PDF for an interactive worksheet would be of great help, at least for us.

Kind regards.

Thanks for the update. We will look into this.

Hi Laura,

We just added the option to disable the PDF download once students have finished the task. You can find it when creating or editing a task as "Allow students to download the submission as PDF after submitting the task".

We hope this is useful for you.
