As mentioned , I assigned a practice to my student , and he couldn’t submit. It kept showing error after trying for several times

We've reviewed your recent tasks and some of your students did access a task that was deleted and others access a task that had a 0 value in the max times. We have removed this value from your task and fixed so it can't happen again.
